NMy tracking number says you received the pills you sent me were returned. I want my credit card reimbursed.
What more is there to say. I sent the pills back and I want my money back.

Resolved: I ordered supplements but they keep sending me more that i never ordered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I stopped getting supplements that I didn't order yet
I ordered a supplement a few months ago and they charging and sending me more that I never asked for

Unable to see an area on website to create an account.
After placing my second time order,
I could not find an area to create an account on any of the websites or links. I called support to inquire and was referred to the same website I had been searching on.
I tried the chat line and received a text back informing me it would cost 1.00 for them to refer me to some kind of technician to help me create an account.
All I asked was direct me to where that was so I could do it myself. Not pissed off, just surprised PureHealth does not have a user friendly method/website to create an account and to charge for it is disappointing.

I was being charged a 1.00 on the chat line.
I was provided an sign up via this platform. The marketing website did not have one.

It was a one time order and you just picked a real bad time to take another $400 almost out of my credit card. I need it back ASAP.
